This was the last track to be recorded for the album. Ideas first started from the 7/4 time measure and guitar harmony work between John & Mike. With the electronic beat rolling in the 4/4 time measure, they assembled a number of independent rhythms/arrangements that were eventually pieced together to form the complete "Flow." The electronic beat was sampled from the KnowledgeBorn07 song "I Know" off of the album Cosmic Knowledge. KB's album was also produced and mixed at Melody Sunrise Studio.
